Product status

DHUN KA DAUR is still being tested and developed. Mobile play may be available through directly downloadable Android test builds, but the app is not yet promised as a public App Store or Play Store release. Features, editions, song availability, pricing, compatibility, and launch timing may change.

Physical-card Rules v0.1 and Mobile play are different setups. The website’s How to Play page explains which rules apply to each mode.

Guests and optional accounts

You may play as a guest where that option is available. If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting access to your sign-in method, and telling us promptly about suspected unauthorised use.

Google, email, and phone sign-in are optional conveniences. Third-party sign-in providers have their own terms and privacy practices.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and respectfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, misuse room codes, impersonate others, submit harmful or abusive material, automate excessive requests, or use the service to infringe anyone’s rights.

Same-room viewer screens are read-only companions to the host phone. They do not create remote multiplayer access and must not be used to manipulate or disrupt a game.

Music and third-party services

Song names, recordings, artwork, streaming services, sign-in services, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Availability may depend on licences, region, device, account, or third-party service rules.

Unless clearly permitted, the service does not give you the right to copy, download, record, redistribute, publicly perform, or commercially exploit music or other third-party content.

Our content and game materials

The DHUN KA DAUR name, visual identity, card designs, website, app interface, copy, rules presentation, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use them for personal gameplay, but not reproduce, sell, modify, or commercially distribute them without permission.

Availability and changes

The website and app are provided on an as-available basis. Test features may contain errors, change, or stop working. We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the service, and may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse prevention, legal compliance, or maintenance.

Responsibility and liability

To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect song metadata, compatibility with every device, or that every third-party link or integration will remain available.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, DHUN KA DAUR is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of a free, test, or concept-stage service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. The date above identifies the latest version. Continuing to use the service after an update means the revised terms apply from that point, where permitted by law.
